Return Policy

We want you to feel confident and comfortable with your pillow purchase. Because pillows can take time for your body to adjust to, we recommend allowing up to 14 days of regular use to determine whether the pillow is the right fit for your sleep needs and comfort preferences.

If your product shows up damaged, please contact us 

If you decide your pillow is not the right match after the adjustment period, our return process is simple:

 

 

Return Process:

Email us at featherandform@outlook.com to request return instructions.

Include your order number and a brief reason for return in your email.

Once received, we will provide you with the return address and next steps to complete your return.

 

 

To qualify for a return:

The return request must be within 30 nights of the delivery.

The pillow must be in reasonable condition (no intentional damage, heavy stains, strong odors, etc.).

For the standard 30 night trial, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

 

Non refundable situation: 

Items returned outside the return period.

Incorrect shipping address by the customer.

Unreasonable condition of pillow.
